The chef tries to have local specialties for each stop. So we had two Hungarian dinners for our two nights in Budapest. We had the pike with you in mind, Ted. And it probably tasted about the same as your prized catch in Northern BC - pretty bland - best part was the butter it was fried in.... But we thought about you as we ate it.
